Bad Sleeping Habit

It's already 3 am, here in Surabaya when I start writing this post. I know I should've sleep because it's already morning. But here I am writing. It's not like I have insomnia or problem with bad dreams. It's just a habit. No, I do not always sleep at 3 am, it's just I rarely sleep early. What I consider early here is 10-11 pm. 
I know very well that it's bad for my body and my eyes (panda's eyes are occurring) if I sleep late but what can I do? I just don't feel like sleeping when I do something like watching dramas or movies, reading stories or webtoons, studying and working on my assignments. 
I just feel like my brain is getting more active in the night and that's why I always finish all my study and assignments until late instead of waking up earlier to do it.
Since my mom nags me a lot, I always try to sleep earlier but end up failing every time. 
I am still trying till now. And hope I can change this bad habit soon. Anyway... I think I better off to sleep now... I really should... 😊
